An unforgettable dining experience at Elinoa — 10/10! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful evening at Elinoa. We started with the caramelised carrots served on a bed of yogurt and the prawns with a delicious coconut and curry cream — both dishes were beautifully balanced and full of flavour. For the main courses, we had the gigot d’agneau and the dorade, served with creamy potato purée and vegetables. Everything was simply delicious, but the lamb deserves a special mention: it was without a doubt the best gigot d’agneau I have ever had — not just in Brussels, but in my life! The meat was incredibly tender, perfectly cooked and absolutely bursting with flavour. The presentation of every dish was also incredible. Each plate was beautifully composed and clearly prepared with great care and attention to detail. The restaurant itself is stunning, with a wonderful atmosphere that makes the whole experience even more special. And a very special mention to Millie, the chef, who was not only exceptionally talented but also incredibly kind, welcoming and passionate. Her warmth really made the evening memorable. A truly outstanding experience from start to finish. Delicious food, beautiful presentation, a gorgeous setting and wonderful hospitality. 10/10 — highly recommended! We will definitely be back
